Book on to this special Fused Glass Workshop and afternoon tea by Jane's Cupcakes, for a special occation or just to treat you and a friend.
Spend an afternoon with Katie and Jane, learning the how to create and making your own fused glass decorations follwed by a delicious homemade afternoon tea.
In the Three Hour Workshop you will look around Katie’s studio and cutting room, and get to make your very own fused glass decorations. You will get a basic introduction to glass fusing and learn how to cut glass.
You can choose to make one of the following: a set of Bunting, four Coasters, a Curve, a Mandala or a Picture.
You will sketch a simple design onto paper. A clear glass template is laid over the sketch and you decorate this with glass confetti, stringers and glass fragments. You can also cut your own shapes using your new found glass cutting skill :)
It can help to have an idea of what you might like to make before you come. Print out ideas or bring along any sketches if you have them. This isn't essential but it can help.
Your work will be fired by Katie in her kiln and will be ready to collect the following week or we can post it to you for an extra £5
Once you’ve finished creating your glass work, you’ll be introduced to Jane from Jane’s Cupcakes and invited to relax with a delightful afternoon tea at a table in the Wonky Studio. Your tea will include your choice of tea or coffee, a selection of finger sandwiches, an assortment of mini cakes, and a freshly baked scone served with jam and cream. Everything is lovingly handmade by the wonderful Jane, making it the perfect way to round off your Wonky experience.
Care for your product
To keep your wonky products looking lovely, wipe them gently with a damp cloth and dry with a cotton tea towel.
Handle your molten wonky products carefully, they are all made from fused glass and are breakable. If this happens please be careful of sharp fragments.

We know you'll love your purchase but just in case you change your mind you have fourteen days after delivery to return your goods.
The return item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals, and any accessories intact.
