how to use your spring-themed DIY Easter egg kit
Once your kit arrives, carefully open up the box and unpack everything onto a clean work surface. Remember not to throw away any packaging! You’ll need it to return your eggs to us so we can fire them in the kiln.
Here’s a quick overview of how this DIY Easter egg kit works:
- Draw around the egg templates onto the sketching paper and plan out your design. Are you going to go for speckles, stripes, or something completely different?
- Place the glass template over your sketched design and add a thin layer of glue to your starting area.
- Arrange your spring-themed glass fragments however you fancy. You can also layer pieces of glass if you wish — just make sure everything is secured with glue.
- When you’re done, leave your glass Easter eggs somewhere safe to dry for 24 hours.
- Once dry, carefully wrap your eggs in paper towel, pop them back in the box, complete the return slip, and post them back to our studio.
Top tip: Take a photo of your designs before posting them back to us, just in case anything shifts or comes loose on its way to our studio. We’ll make sure it’s fixed before we fire your eggs in the kiln.
what happens once we’ve sent our spring Easter eggs back to you?
When your Easter eggs arrive at our studio, we’ll repair any wobbly bits if necessary, and fire them in our kiln. Once they’ve cooled, we’ll add hanging rings and ribbon, and send your finished spring Easter egg decorations back to you within two to three weeks.
When they arrive, you can hang them in the window straight away and marvel over the way the light shines through them! Trust us, it’s worth the wait.

Care for your product
To keep your wonky products looking lovely, wipe them gently with a damp cloth and dry with a cotton tea towel.
Handle your molten wonky products carefully, they are all made from fused glass and are breakable. If this happens please be careful of sharp fragments.

We know you'll love your purchase but just in case you change your mind you have fourteen days after delivery to return your goods.
The return item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals, and any accessories intact.
