All of our creations are luxurious in their own way, but our silver star decoration really takes the biscuit (or is it mince pie?). Dichroic fused glass is truly magical. It’s known for its encapsulating metallic sheen and ever-changing colour patterns — so we just had to make something using it. Each one is completely handmade, so you know that your decoration holds a shine like none other.
how we make our dichroic fused glass decorations
Each star begins as three strips of silver dichroic fused glass. Katie carefully handcuts every strip before carefully arranging them into a wonderfully wonky star shape, which is then fired in the kiln at a high temperature. This allows the layers to fuse into one complete decoration.
Once cooled, she adds a white hanging ribbon along with a bright silver jingle bell. The material’s unique properties mean that it will always sparkle differently depending on the light, like a marvellous little surprise.

Our silver star Christmas tree decorations measure approximately 9cm and will arrive at your doorstepped wrap snug in tissue paper, set within a molten wonky branded gift box. Gift, display, or save as a surprise for a loved one — it’s up to you!
how to look after your dichroic silver decoration
Cleaning dichroic fused glass takes a little more care than standard fused glass. Here are some tips to help your decoration look dazzling, year after year:
- Find a low-lint cloth to remove any lingering residue.
- Use rubbing alcohol or distilled white vinegar.
- Blot gently instead of wiping.
- Use a new, clean cloth to dry completely.
Take care when handling, especially around small children. If breakage occurs, please be mindful of small fragments and feel free to get in touch for Katie’s nifty “fix-it” service.

The shimmer alone is enough to make you fall in love with this fused glass star hanging decoration. However, if you do change your mind and wish to get a refund, you have fourteen days post delivery to return your item in its original condition.

Care for your product
To keep your wonky products looking lovely, wipe them gently with a damp cloth and dry with a cotton tea towel.
Handle your molten wonky products carefully, they are all made from fused glass and are breakable. If this happens please be careful of sharp fragments.

We know you'll love your purchase but just in case you change your mind you have fourteen days after delivery to return your goods.
The return item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals, and any accessories intact.
